What You'll Do • Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care • Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, digital imaging, and accurate clinical documentation • Identify periodontal conditions and appropriate opportunities for SRP and additional treatment • Educate patients about oral health, periodontal disease, preventive care, and recommended treatment • Partner with doctors through co-diagnosis and treatment planning • Build meaningful relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and patient-safety standards • Work closely with the clinical and front-office teams to create a seamless patient experience
What You'll Bring Required: • Active Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist license • Strong periodontal assessment, charting, patient-education, and SRP identification skills • Comfortable partnering with dentists during co-diagnosis and treatment planning • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills • Professional, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment • Knowledge of infection-control and sterilization requirements Preferred: • At least one year of clinical hygiene experience • Experience with digital dentistry or dental practice-management software
