About the Role
A new general dentistry practice is opening in Chino, CA. We're looking for a Lead Associate Dentist ready to grow into a true partner.
What You'll Do
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry: diagnostic, preventive, and restorative care
• Perform implants, extractions, root canals, crowns, and everyday restorative work
• Diagnose conditions and build treatment plans, communicated clearly to patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Work closely with your own dental assistant and front office team to keep the day running efficiently
What You'll Bring
Required: • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted California dental license
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Skilled in implants, extractions, and root canals, alongside strong everyday general dentistry
• Sound clinical judgment and comfort practicing independently
• Hardworking, growth-minded approach
• Respect for patients and commitment to honest care
Preferred: • Bilingual in Mandarin
