About the Role
FRONT DESK / PATIENT SERVICES / INSURANCE COORDINATOR
(ENTRY LEVEL - MID LEVEL position)
(THIS IS NOT An OFFICE MANAGER POSITION)

We are a growing oral surgery practice with a dynamic staff focused on providing
the best quality of patient care. We are looking for a Patient Services / Treatment
Coordinator with strong leadership skill and desire to grow.
Do you have what it takes?

• experience in dental/medical front desk office
• experience with insurance verification
• experience with treatment estimate planning, scheduling surgeries, keeping
  schedule filled and follow up
• experience with scheduling softwares
• fast learner, detailed oriented, resourceful and organized
• strong work ethics, team player and desire to lead
• patient focus, compassionate with the ability to multi-task proficiently
• resourceful with a positive attitude
• high school graduate

If you have the following skills and/or knowledge, it would be a desirable PLUS!

• experienced with dentistry billing / medical billing
• some college/technical school
• RDA
