Dental Front Office

About the Role
Are you a happy, bubbly people person who loves making patients feel welcome? Do you have at least ONE YEAR of experience in a GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE? If so, we want to talk with you!
Our Director of First Impressions needs to be exactly that. Someone warm, outgoing, positive, and genuinely happy to see people.

A minimum of ONE YEAR of experience in a GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE is required.
This is a deal breaker. You need to already understand dental terminology, common general dentistry procedures, and how a dental practice operates.
Experienced Dental Assistants looking to transition to the front office are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do
• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Confirming appointments
• Entering accurate patient information into Eaglesoft
• Ensuring electronic paperwork is complete
• Helping patients with handheld tablets and electronic forms
• Providing secondary phone support and confidently communicating with patients about their dental needs
• Working alongside our front office team to keep the day running smoothly
