Dental Hygienist

About the Role
DentalPost is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated Brand Ambassador to build relationships with dental offices in our target metro areas (Sacramento, San Diego, Tampa, Nashville, and Cincinnati). In this independent contractor role, you’ll visit 8–10 offices per field day, introduce DentalPost’s hiring resources, complete brief office surveys, and schedule consultations with our Hiring Specialists. You’ll also document each visit and share a recap of your results.

We’re primarily looking for a commitment of one full day per week. If you’re interested in working multiple days, we’re open to discussing the schedule and negotiating pay rates during the interview.

This is a temporary role while we evaluate the program’s results. If results exceed our expectations, we’re open to negotiating a contract extension.

This role is ideal for a practicing RDH or dental hygiene educator seeking supplemental work. Dental assistants and experienced dental office managers are also encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do
• Conduct in-person visits to 8–10 dental offices during your field day(s)
• Build genuine rapport with office staff to introduce and explain DentalPost's services
• Administer a short office survey during each visit
• Identify and qualify offices interested in speaking with a DentalPost Hiring Specialist
• Complete a per-office intake form for every visit
• Submit an accurate recap report after each field day

What You'll Bring
Required: • RDH background strongly preferred — practicing or educator backgrounds both welcome
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
• Must wear the required DentalPost uniform on every visit
• Comfortable committing to at least one full field day per week
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
• Self-directed and comfortable outlining your own daily office visits/routes
• Solution-oriented go-getter who works through challenges
• Highly detail-oriented — accurate visit and survey documentation is critical
