We don't run an assembly line—we focus heavily on deep patient education, high-level hospitality, and comprehensive preventive care. We empower our hygienists with advanced training in patient communication and treatment presentation. In addition, because our practice functions as an active training facility, we have optional instructional/teaching roles available for hygienists who want to share their passion and mentor others.

Who You Are:

• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Ohio.
• An energetic "people person" who loves educating patients on their oral health.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and drives quality patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver thorough, compassionate hygiene care and comprehensive patient education.
• Present co-diagnosis and treatment recommendations clearly using advanced communication protocols.
• Optionally assist in clinical instruction, coaching, and training within our educational facility.
• Engage actively in team meetings, practice alignment, and team events.
