Registered Dental Hygienist

We are looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private prosthodontic practice two days per week.

This is a great position for a hygienist who values high-quality dentistry, excellent patient care, and a genuinely enjoyable place to work. We are a well-established, doctor-owned practice with a wonderful long-term patient base and an experienced, supportive team.

Our office provides comprehensive restorative, implant, and prosthodontic care, so this is not a high-volume corporate hygiene position. We value thorough care, strong communication, attention to detail, and treating patients like people rather than numbers on a schedule.

Schedule

• 2 days per week / approximately 16 hours; 8 patients max per day!
• Days can be Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
• Tuesday and Thursday are preferred
• Consistent ongoing schedule

What We're Looking For

We'd love to find someone who is:

• A California-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• Clinically thorough and confident
• Warm, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Interested in building long-term relationships with an established patient base
• Comfortable caring for patients with implants, complex restorative dentistry, and periodontal needs
• Someone who takes pride in providing excellent care without being rushed

Experience is appreciated, but personality, clinical judgment, and fit with our team matter just as much.
