Dental Office Manager Opportunities Across Houston
URBN Dental Implants & Invisalign is looking for experienced, driven, and people-focused Dental Office Managers to join our growing team! We're looking for strong leaders who know how to bring people together, maintain an efficient and organized office, and create an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
We currently have multiple Dental Office Manager opportunities available across Houston, including: Heights, Meyerland, and Pearland.
As a Dental Office Manager at URBN Dental, you will play an important role in the success of your practice. You’ll work closely with your doctor, leadership team, and staff to lead daily operations, develop your team, support office performance, and help create a positive and accountable workplace culture.

As an Office Manager, you will help set the tone for your office. Your leadership, organization, communication, and ability to bring a team together will directly impact the experience of both your patients and your team.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Develop Your Team
- Lead, support, and motivate the front office team
- Create a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture
- Coach and develop team members
- Support onboarding and training of new employees
- Help establish clear expectations and promote accountability
- Lead by example and encourage teamwork and professional growth
- Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical teams, and leadership
- Manage Daily Office Operations
- Oversee daily front office operations and patient flow
- Help ensure schedules are organized, productive, and patient-focused
- Support scheduling, patient communication, and treatment coordination
- Oversee insurance processes and help create a smooth patient financial experience
- Monitor office systems and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help ensure company policies, systems, and processes are followed consistently
- Partner closely with the doctor and leadership team to support an efficient and successful practice
- Create an Exceptional Patient Experience
- Help create a welcoming and professional environment for every patient
- Support the team in building strong patient relationships
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Help ensure a seamless experience from check-in through checkout
- Maintain high standards of service, communication, and professionalism

Qualifications
- Prior dental office management experience is a must
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling and insurance processes

- Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture
