Responsibilities

- Provide assistance to the dental receptionist as needed, ensuring patient information is handled confidentially.
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations or as a dental receptionist is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and calendar management.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and software applications.
- Solid computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
