Registered Dental Hygienist – Goal-Oriented Team Player

Dental Avenu is looking for a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Dental Hygienist who wants to be an active part of a growing practice.

We are looking for more than a clock-in/clock-out hygienist. We want someone who takes ownership of their schedule, understands their role in the success of the practice, and is comfortable working toward clear daily and monthly goals while providing excellent, ethical patient care.

• Provides thorough preventive and periodontal care
• Confidently identifies and communicates periodontal and other clinical concerns
• Educates patients on recommended treatment and helps them understand the value of completing necessary care
• Takes high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Uses photos and X-rays to help patients understand what we see clinically
• Comfortable discussing periodontal therapy, fluoride, nightguards, restorative needs, cosmetic concerns, and other appropriate treatment
• Works closely with the doctor to identify treatment needs and support comprehensive care
• Helps reduce holes in the hygiene schedule through strong patient relationships and reappointment
• Tracks performance and is comfortable being accountable to daily and monthly production goals
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Positive, dependable, organized, and efficient
• Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport
• A true team player who is willing to help the rest of the office when needed

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
