Compensation, schedule, and benefits

• Starting pay of $34 per hour.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities, with a consistent schedule agreed upon together.

What you’ll do

• Provide attentive four-handed chairside assistance across general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures.

• Welcome patients warmly, listen to their concerns, explain appointment steps clearly, and help them feel comfortable before, during, and after care.

• Prepare operatories and instruments, maintain organized supplies, and follow infection control and sterilization protocols carefully.

• Take digital radiographs and assist with CBCT imaging within your training and authorized scope.

• Perform iTero scans and support Invisalign workflows from case setup through delivery.

• Support digital dentistry and in-house 3D printing workflows for surgical guides, night guards, and other appliances, with training and guidance as needed.

• Assist with implant placement and extractions, and support accurate clinical documentation.

• Coordinate with the front-office and clinical teams so patients experience a smooth, thoughtful visit. All clinical duties are performed within your licensure, training, and required supervision.

What we’re looking for

• An active California RDA license in good standing.

• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience.

• Current BLS/CPR certification and X-ray certification.

• Strong chairside skills, careful attention to detail, and comfort with digital clinical systems.

• iTero scanning proficiency is strongly preferred. Invisalign experience and surgical assisting experience, particularly with implants and oral surgery, are valuable pluses.

• Kindness, composure, and clear communication. You help anxious patients feel safe and treat teammates with respect.

• Ownership and curiosity. You follow through, welcome feedback, and enjoy refining your skills and learning new techniques.
