Dental Hygienist

At La Paz Dental Clinic, we work every day to provide our patients with a quality dental experience in a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Dental Assistant to join our team in Nashville, TN.

The ideal candidate will be someone with clinical and administrative skills, a commitment to service, and enthusiasm for supporting both patients and the dental team.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments.
• Prepare and organize dental instruments and materials.
• Sterilize equipment following safety protocols.
• Prepare patients and ensure they feel comfortable before and during procedures.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (minimum 1 year, preferred).
• Current certification or license as a Dental Assistant in Tennessee (if applicable).
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of CPR/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
• Preferable bilingual (Spanish/English)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
