Registered Dental Hygienist – Full-Time

Pay: $60/hour + Performance Incentives
Schedule: 40 hours/week | 5 days/week

Beam Dental is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing Jersey City team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent preventive and periodontal care while creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.

Compensation & Schedule

• $60 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• 5-day workweek
• Schedule includes a mandatory two (2) Saturdays per month
• Performance-based incentive model offering additional earning potential

Responsibilities

The Dental Hygienist will:

• Perform routine prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Perform scaling and root planing as clinically indicated
• Obtain and review appropriate dental radiographs
• Complete periodontal charting and assessments
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and periodontal health
• Identify and communicate areas of clinical concern to the treating dentist
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization protocols
• Work collaboratively with dentists, assistants, and the front-office team
• Help maintain an efficient schedule while providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Support practice goals through excellent patient education, retention, and treatment acceptance

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Appropriate radiology credentials as required by New Jersey
• Strong periodontal and preventive-care skills
• Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy, modern dental practice
