What You'll Do
- Set up and break down operatories and surgical suites, including implant kits, sterile fields, and instrument trays for each procedure
- Chairside assist during implant placement, extractions, bone grafting, full-arch and full mouth reconstruction, and cosmetic cases
- Take intraoral scans, digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and clinical photos for treatment planning and case documentation
- Help prepare digital impressions and case files for the lab and for in-house design and fabrication
- Seat patients, review medical history, take vitals, and keep patients comfortable before, during, and after procedures
- Go over post-op instructions with patients and answer their questions about home care and healing
- Keep sterilization, infection control, and inventory organized so the schedule runs on time
- Stay a step ahead of Dr. J during procedures by knowing the workflow, the instruments, and what comes next

Preferred Experience
- Experience assisting with implant surgery, full-arch cases, or oral surgery
- Experience with intraoral scanners, CBCT, digital radiography, or clinical photography
- Familiarity with digital workflows such as guided surgery, digital smile design, or 3D printing
- Candidates with some exposure to these areas are encouraged to apply. We will train the right person.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Dental Assisting certification
- Radiation safety certification (or ability to obtain)
- CPR/BLS certification
