Orthodontic Assistant

We are looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to add to our team who is energetic, personable, and who is familiar working in an orthodontic office! We have a family-oriented practice that is focused on delivering exceptional care for our patients. If this sounds like you, please apply!

General requirements:

-Valid Texas RDA License

• Full time availability (See hours below)

General Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting
• Take X-rays as directed by the orthodontist
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records (Edge Software)
• Aid in patient assessment and education on orthodontic procedures
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy to assist during procedures

-Labwork associated with clinical care (retainers, etc.)

• Team player and highly motivated/self-starter

Our hours typically are:

M-Th: 8:30PM -5:30PM

Only 1 Friday/month: 9-1:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• orthodontic assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Registered Dental Assistant license (Preferred)
