This is a doctor-led, multi-location group. The practice is bringing on a full-time (ideal, could do part-time) periodontist to step into offices that are already set up and running, taking over an established schedule. Your days are built around consults and treatment cases, not an overbooked hygiene-style grind. The offices are sedation certified, and dedicated team members trained in sedation, surgery, and perio support you chairside. If you love implant and perio work and want a team that carries the case presentation load so you can focus on treatment, this one is worth a conversation.

Key Features
Employment type: Full-time W2, with a 1099 option available (benefits differ under 1099)
Guarantee: $300,000 to $350,000 annually
Production numbers: $1.8M in established production from a surgical general dentist – a specialist will be able to outproduce this
Compensation: 40% to 45% of collections, depending on experience, with upside well beyond the guarantee as you produce
Equity: Ownership opportunity in a dedicated brick-and-mortar location after a two-year hurdle

Case presentation: An experienced team handles the heavy lifting on patient conversations and treatment acceptance
Locations: Primarily greater Charlotte metro, with the option to grow into an outlying office such as Greensboro one day per week
