Experienced Surgical Dental Assistant – Full-Time
Location: West Fort Worth, TX
Our growing boutique periodontal and surgical practice in beautiful West Fort Worth is seeking a full-time, experienced Surgical Dental Assistant (4–5 days per week).
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate is not only skilled but also a natural leader with strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of surgical assisting experience
• Strong understanding of and experience with procedures including:
o IV sedation
o Dental implants and “All-on-X” cases
o Wisdom teeth extractions
o LANAP
o Large bone grafts and PRF
o Soft tissue grafting
o All forms of periodontal surgery
• Proficient in assisting with these procedures with minimal training
• Comfortable working with digital workflows and advanced technology (or eager to learn quickly)
