Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join a DSO located in Indianapolis, Indiana!

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and calculus.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews, to ensure safe treatment planning.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies tailored to their needs.
• Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency and comfort.
• Take and develop medical imaging such as X-rays, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice.
• Proven experience in dental office settings, preferably with familiarity in pediatric dentistry or general dentistry environments.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical terminology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate or Production, whichever is higher!
• Up to $60+/hr
