Our established, privately owned dental practice is looking for an exceptional Dental Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, organized and genuinely enjoys helping people. The right person will play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our patients while helping our office run smoothly and efficiently.

Our Schedule
Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: OFF
*Lunch and break schedules will be discussed during the interview.

What You'll Do
• Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions
• Maintain an efficient and productive schedule
• Schedule, confirm and coordinate patient appointments
• Review treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
• Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists and dental assistants
What You'll Bring
Required: • Medical or Dental Front Desk Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements with patients
• Friendly, confident and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy dental environment
• Being highly organized and detail-oriented
• Understanding of dental insurance and patient financial responsibilities
• The ability to take initiative and work independently
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help patients
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong computer skills
Preferred: • Dentrix Ascend experience is preferred.
