Dental Hygienist

About the Role
Do you ever feel you've been treated like a task-doer instead of a person who cares about the people you serve?

Somewhere along the way, for too many practices, it stopped being about people and started being about throughput. You won't find that here at Vitality Dental.

Here, you'll be able to build real relationships with your patients instead of squeezing them through a schedule built for someone else's goals. Mistakes are treated as data and discovery, not character flaws. When something goes wrong, we ask what the process missed, not who to blame. That honesty is how this team keeps growing together.

Our hygienists are true providers, not tooth scrapers. You practice at the top of your ability, and working side by side with the doctors is expected and celebrated. Your clinical eye shapes patient care here, and your voice is part of every treatment conversation.

Maybe you've been wondering how else you can grow as a clinician, and the answer hasn't shown up in any practice you've worked in. We may be the piece you didn't know you could have.

(Dental, 401k with a generous employer contribution, and PTO :))

If this resonates, send your resume and a few sentences on what drew you to us. We're not trying to fill a chair by Friday. We're looking for the right person to join our top-notch hygiene team, and we'll take the time to get it right.
