Our growing dental practice in Brick, NJ is looking for a compassionate Dental Hygienist who wants to provide meaningful, patient-focused care as part of a genuinely supportive team.

At our practice, hygienists are not expected to manage every part of the visit alone. You will work alongside a dedicated hygiene assistant who helps with X-rays, prepares and resets the operatory, and keeps the room organized and ready throughout the day.

This support is designed to remove non-hygiene tasks from your plate, protect your clinical focus, and give you more time to educate patients, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful care.

You will experience the close-knit atmosphere of a local practice with the resources, technology, and stability of an established dental group.

What You Will Do

Provide preventive and periodontal care based on each patient’s clinical needs
Complete comprehensive patient assessments and deliver high-quality treatment
Educate patients about their oral health and help them feel confident in their care
Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
Collaborate with dentists, hygiene assistants, and other clinical team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Contribute to a respectful, positive, and patient-focused practice environment

Current New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
Strong clinical and patient-education skills
