Single-Column Schedule | $5,000 Welcome Bonus* | $53–$55/Hour + Monthly Bonuses

What You’ll Do

Provide preventive and periodontal care based on each patient’s individual clinical needs
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver high-quality treatment
Educate patients on their oral health and help them feel confident in their care
Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
Collaborate closely with dentists, hygiene assistants, and other clinical team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and patient-focused practice environment

Current or soon-to-be licensed New Jersey Dental Hygienist
Strong clinical and patient-education skills
A gentle, compassionate, and patient-first approach
