My Milpitas Dentist is looking for a caring, skilled, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Schedule and Employment Type

• Pay: $65–$70/hour.
• Position: Part-time or full-time.
• Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:40 AM–5:00 PM.
• Lunch: 12:30 PM–2:00 PM.
• Full-time: 32 hours per week expected.
• Part-time: Schedule to be discussed.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene care.
• Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and oral health evaluations.
• Take dental radiographs as permitted and prescribed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health.
• Review medical histories and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Communicate findings and treatment needs to the dentist.
• Follow infection control, sterilization, and applicable OSHA protocols.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, as required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
• Dependable, professional, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to quality care and continued professional development.
