Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Dental Hygienist at Cieplak Dental Excellence, you’ll:

Build lasting relationships with patients and help them understand their oral health
Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Review medical and dental histories and complete appropriate screenings
Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information
Educate patients on home care, prevention, and treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Partner closely with the dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive care
Help create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient
Qualifications:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Active Maryland Dental Hygienist license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Commitment to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements
Strong patient communication and education skills
A collaborative, positive approach to patient care

Experienced hygienists and newer clinicians who are excited to grow are encouraged to apply.
