What You'll Do
Performing prophylaxis, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
Taking digital radiographs using DEXIS software
Assessing patients and documenting clinical findings accurately
Educating patients and families on preventive care and oral hygiene
Collaborating with doctors and team members to provide exceptional care
Creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient
Supporting clinical and operational initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Current Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Availability for one evening a week and one Saturday a month (Paid 45-minute dinner break and evening shift differential)

Physical Requirements
This position requires periods of standing, walking, bending, and sitting, as well as the manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary to provide high-quality clinical care.
