We are an Established Private Practice located in Seattle for over 20 years. We are looking for a family, friendly, detail orientated, and independent available to work 4 days a week Registered Hygienist to join our team! We are fully digital, software is Eaglesoft. Office hours M-Thurs 7am-4pm with paid parking. Email your resume along with references.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, to promote optimal oral health.
- Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and dental charts to inform treatment plans.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment notes, and medical history in electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and managing medical records securely.
- Support infection control measures through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization of instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for pediatric dentistry patients when applicable.
- Stay current with dental terminology, medical coding practices, and advancements in dental technology to provide high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations.
- Proven experience in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry settings is preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for documentation review and management.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse patient populations including pediatrics.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
