What You'll Do
• Provide chairside assistance to both dentists during general and restorative procedures
• Assist dental hygienists with patient care and clinical needs as necessary
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials; anticipate provider needs
• Take digital dental radiographs and digital impressions; assist with intraoral scanning
• Assist with crown and bridge procedures, temporary restorations, and in-office crown milling, oral sleep appliances
• Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols and maintain organized, stocked operatories
• Document clinical notes accurately and provide patient education and postoperative instructions, treatment planning and hygiene recall scheduling
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to keep appointments running smoothly

What You'll Bring
Required: • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience
• Strong chairside skills, communication, organization, and ability to multitask
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and comfortable supporting multiple providers
• Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration preferred; required credentials for assigned duties must be current
Preferred: • Experience with digital dentistry and Dentrix Ascend
