Children's Dental Group is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team!

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play an essential role in connecting families with the dental care their children need. You will work closely with our doctors, clinical team, and front office staff to help parents understand recommended treatment, navigate financial options, and confidently move forward with scheduling care.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, an excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans to parents and guardians in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.

Discuss insurance benefits, estimated out-of-pocket expenses, and available payment options to help families make informed decisions.

Address questions and concerns regarding treatment recommendations, scheduling, and financial responsibility while collaborating with clinical providers as needed.

Proactively follow up with families who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment to encourage timely scheduling.

Monitor treatment schedules, identify available appointments, and assist in maintaining optimal provider schedule utilization.

Coordinate treatment appointments while ensuring accurate scheduling, documentation, and patient communication.

Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and front office team members to ensure a seamless transition from treatment recommendations to scheduled care.

Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards.

Support practice goals related to treatment acceptance, patient retention, scheduling efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental office required; treatment coordination experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and dental insurance preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Comfortable discussing financial responsibility and payment options with families.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dental environment.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on outstanding treatment plans.

Proficiency with dental practice management software and general computer applications.

Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
