What You’ll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)
Comprehensive Clinical Care: Provide gentle, evidence-based pediatric care using top-tier technology and conservative, child-friendly treatment techniques.
Behavior Guidance & Sedation: Utilize advanced behavior guidance, Nitrous Oxide (N2O), and sedation options to deliver anxiety-free appointments.
Parent & Patient Education: Partner with parents to teach habits that build positive long-term attitudes toward oral hygiene.
Practice Leadership: Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless daily patient flow and maintain a comforting, fun environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Specialty Certificate: Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited postgraduate residency program.
Board Status: Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist.
Licensure: Active (or eligible to obtain) California Dental License.
Certifications: Current BLS and PALS certifications.
Mindset: Outstanding bedside manner, exceptional communication with children and parents, and a deep commitment to patient-first care.
