Cascades One Dental is looking for a motivated, dependable Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative, modern dental practice. If you take pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supporting a great clinical team, we’d love to meet you!

Schedule
• Monday: 8 AM–4 PM
• Tuesday: 9 AM–4 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 8 AM–4 PM
• Friday: 8 AM–1 PM
Team members arrive 30 minutes early for morning preparation.
What You’ll Do
• Assist the doctor chairside using four-handed dentistry
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
• Perform iTero and Medit digital scans
• Assist with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, oral surgery, and other general dental procedures
• Fabricate temporary crowns and provisionals
• Review treatment plans, support patient education, and maintain accurate records
• Help ensure a positive patient experience and support the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Virginia Dental Radiation Certification required
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
Experience with Open Dental, digital scanners, implants, or same-day digital workflows is a plus.
