Experience working with diverse and underserved populations, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a passion for improving community oral health outcomes are essential. The Dental Director must be able to balance direct patient care responsibilities with strategic leadership, provider mentorship, program development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives that support the mission of MedNorth Health Center.

Team members enjoy medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off and holidays; retirement savings opportunities; continuing education and professional development support; and employer-paid life and disability insurance. Eligible providers may also benefit from loan repayment opportunities through federal and state programs available to community health center clinicians. Beyond traditional benefits, MedNorth fosters a collaborative, mission-driven culture where employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and the community while building a rewarding long-term career.
