Job Description
NOIRE Aesthetic Dentistry is an upcoming modern dental practice launching in the Dallas area, built around high-quality veneer cases, smile transformations, and an elevated patient experience.
Please note: The business address provided in this listing is an administrative/company address and will not be the physical location of the dental practice. NOIRE Aesthetic Dentistry plans to open within the next few months in Dallas, Texas. The permanent clinical location is currently being finalized and will be announced prior to opening.
We are seeking a motivated dentist who is passionate about veneer dentistry and interested in joining a growing practice from the beginning. This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants to focus heavily on aesthetic smile transformations while having the autonomy to lead the clinical side of the practice.
The dentist will maintain full control and independent professional judgment over all clinical matters, including diagnosis, treatment planning, patient care, clinical protocols, and treatment decisions.
Primary areas of focus will include:
-Composite veneers
-Porcelain veneers
-Composite bonding
-Smile makeovers
-Professional teeth whitening
-Preventive and general dental care
-Cosmetic consultations and treatment planning
We are looking for someone who:
-Holds or is eligible for a Texas dental license
-Has excellent patient communication skills
-Is detail-oriented and committed to high-quality clinical results
-Is interested in veneer-focused dentistry and smile transformations
-Is comfortable taking a leadership role over the clinical side of the practice
-Is interested in growing alongside a new, highly branded dental practice
Veneer experience is preferred, particularly experience with composite and/or porcelain veneer cases. However, dentists and upcoming graduates with a strong interest in veneers and a portfolio demonstrating relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
Compensation is flexible and will be structured competitively based on experience, availability, and the final scope of the position. Additional performance incentives may also be available.
For the right dentist, there may also be an opportunity to discuss a longer-term partnership and potential equity as the practice grows.
NOIRE is currently in the pre-launch stage and plans to open within the next few months in the Dallas area. The final practice location is currently being secured, and we are beginning conversations with potential dentists now so the selected provider can become involved ahead of launch.

Candidates are welcome to include a résumé/CV and, if available, examples or a portfolio of previous veneer cases.
