Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our thriving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider to step into a high-producing office with strong new patient flow and clinical autonomy.
Schedule:

Mondays & Fridays
Part-time position with potential for growth

Practice Highlights

Average Monthly Production: ~$295,000
Collection Rate: 96–100%
New Patients: ~125/month
Technology: CBCT, modern digital systems
Team Support:

Full-Time Hygienists
Dedicated Dental Assistants

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges)
Extractions and basic surgical procedures
Endodontics and implant restorations (as comfortable)

Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical team to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active West Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Experience with implants or advanced procedures is a plus, but not required
