Schlueter Periodontics & Implants is a well-established, highly regarded fee-for-service periodontal and dental implant practice serving the St. Louis community since 2009. Located in a desirable, affluent area of St. Louis County, we have a strong patient base and long-standing relationships with referring dentists throughout the greater St. Louis region.
Our practice is built on clinical excellence, integrity, and providing individualized treatment based on what is best for each patient's long-term oral health. We provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care, including dental implant surgery, soft tissue and bone grafting, sinus augmentation, crown lengthening, full-arch implant treatment, periodontal maintenance, and LANAP® laser periodontal therapy.
Our office is equipped with advanced technology including LANAP®, CBCT imaging, intraoral digital scanning, photogrammetry, guided implant surgery, 3D printing, and 3D facial scanning technology. We also offer IV conscious sedation for surgical and complex treatment.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Associate Periodontist with partnership potential to join our experienced team. This position offers the opportunity to practice the full scope of periodontics and implant dentistry in an established, referral-driven private practice.
The ideal candidate is clinically driven, personable, and committed to thoughtful, conservative, patient-centered care.
As an Associate Periodontist, you will:

Diagnose and treat a full range of periodontal conditions
Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy
Place dental implants and perform advanced implant procedures
Perform soft tissue and bone grafting
Utilize LANAP® laser periodontal therapy
Provide treatment with IV conscious sedation
Use advanced digital technology for diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical execution
Build relationships with patients and referring dental professionals

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program
Eligible for or currently holding a valid Missouri dental license
Strong clinical skills in periodontal surgery and implant dentistry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
IV conscious sedation credentials preferred
Experience with LANAP® or laser periodontal therapy is a plus, but not required
Private-practice experience is beneficial but not required
250,000 base pay
