Associate Dentist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with exact schedule to be determined. Location: Atlantic Smiles LLC — Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. About Our Practice: We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time Dental Associate to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality comprehensive dental care in a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is an ethical, dependable dentist who enjoys building relationships with patients and working as part of a collaborative dental team.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and appropriate dental procedures.
Provide restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other appropriate treatments.
Perform preventive and periodontal care.
Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, and recommended care.
Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
Review treatment plans and explain procedures, risks, benefits, and alternatives to patients.
Work effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.
Maintain a high standard of infection control and patient safety.
Follow all applicable federal and state dental regulations and professional standards.
Participate in continuing education and remain current with advances in dentistry.
Provide excellent patient care while maintaining a positive and professional chairside manner.
