Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers is seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Brick, NJ practice!

We specialize in transforming smiles and changing lives through advanced dental implant and restorative procedures. We're looking for a dependable, patient-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist dentists chairside with restorative, implant, and surgical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
• Support full-arch implant restorations and other advanced dental procedures.
• Take impressions, pour models, and coordinate laboratory cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide post-treatment instructions.
• Monitor clinical supplies and maintain operatory readiness.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and infection-control standards.
• Support a positive, comfortable patient experience.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active New Jersey Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential.
• Active New Jersey Dental Radiologic Technologist (DRT) license.
• Minimum 1 year of restorative dental assisting experience.
• Strong chairside assisting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 4–5 days per week based on practice needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred:

• Experience with dental implants, full-arch restorations, or All-on-4/All-on-6 procedures.
• Experience assisting with surgical dental procedures.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
