Dental Assistant
Job Description
Front Desk / Dental Assistant – Join a High-Performance, Health-Focused Dental Practice
We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of dentistry at the highest level, whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting out.
Our mission is to help people create, preserve, and enjoy healthy mouths for life.
We are not a high-volume office. We are a relationship-based, comprehensive dental practice. Dr. Williams is a graduate and faculty member at the Pankey Institute. He has advanced training focused on comprehensive, whole-person care.
We believe exceptional oral health is an essential part of a healthy life and each member of our team finds great personal meaning in helping people maintain their teeth into their last years. We empower our patients to take responsibility for their own health and ask for our help, rather than force recommendations on them.
This is a dual role. You’ll be the warm, organized first point of contact at the front desk, handling greeting patients, scheduling, and answering phones, and you’ll also assist chairside. You’ll join a close-knit team that includes a front desk administrator, two dental assistants, and two hygienists, and you’ll be part of each patient’s experience from the moment they walk in.
Experienced? We’d love someone with dental assisting or front office experience who takes pride in their work, anticipates needs, and wants to practice at a higher level than a typical office allows.
New to dentistry? We’re also open to a motivated candidate who wants to enter the field and work their way up. You must bring a positive, hard-working, cheerful attitude, show strong initiative, and be curious and quick to learn. You’ll train alongside experienced team members who are invested in your success.
