Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program

Current Oregon dental hygiene license, or ability to obtain one before employment

Oregon Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist (EPDH) permit

Current CPR certification

Local anesthesia certification, as applicable
