We're growing! Rosebud Dental & Wellness is adding to our team, and more than anything, we're looking for the RIGHT fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Walk alongside our patients as they work toward optimal health
• Assist chairside in four-handed dentistry with Dr. Heather
• Create a calm, spa-like experience that makes the day comfortable for patients and the team
• Bring our Culture of Yes to every guest, every visit

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN (things most dental assistants never get to do)

• Look at a patient's saliva under a microscope and see what's really going on
• Assist with ozone therapy and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) to support healing
• Follow safe mercury removal protocols that protect patients and the team
• Help patients choose materials their body is most compatible with
• Work with new technology, including CBCT imaging

WHAT YOU BRING

• Current Ohio radiography license (required)
• 1 year of dental assisting experience (a plus, not required)
• A warm, welcoming spirit and a heart for people
• Curiosity about wellness dentistry and a willingness to learn
• A team-first attitude
• Availability to start within the next few weeks

WHAT WE OFFER

• $18 to $25/hour, based on experience
• 4 days per week with a flexible schedule
• No weekends!
• Opportunity to become a Certified Biological Dental Assistant
• Wellness dentistry training, plus continuing education provided
