Front Office Staff

Join a locally owned, surgeon-led, and community-centered Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice with three locations serving Bergen County, NJ. We are looking for a professional team member with high school education, strong customer service skills, and a polished, compassionate approach to patient care.

The ideal candidate has prior oral surgery front desk experience and is comfortable handling staff scheduling, billing oversight, and treatment planning support. Experience with OMS Vision is strongly preferred, and familiarity with OMSVision and related scheduling workflows will be highly valued. Daily responsibilities include managing front desk operations, supporting the surgical team, coordinating schedules, and helping ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced oral surgery setting.

We offer full health insurance coverage after 3 months of employment, a 30-minute daily lunch break, and parking at all three locations. PPE provided includes disposable gowns, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Compensation is $25-37 per hour, depending on experience.
