About the Role
As a Dental Front Desk Coordinator, you will help support the patient experience and daily flow of the office.

• Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Greet and check in patients
• Verify insurance
• Review treatment plans
• Collect payments
• File and post insurance claims
• Communicate with referring dental offices
