About the Role
Are you ready to move beyond single-tooth dentistry? At Shine, we're looking for an associate dentist who wants to grow into a comprehensive, whole-body clinician, and we're prepared to invest in the right person to get there. Compensation is 30% of net production, negotiable based on experience.

Many associate positions keep you on a production treadmill with little room to grow. We want the opposite. If you're hungry to learn, willing to put in the work, and want to become the kind of dentist who confidently plans and delivers life-changing cases, we'll give you the education, technology, and support to make it happen.

Our interview process is a little more involved than most, because we want to get to know you as a clinician and as a person. It begins with a phone or video conversation about your goals, followed by a case presentation where you walk us through one or two cases you've planned or completed. We're not looking for perfection; we want to see how you think. Finally, you'll visit the office to meet the team and see our technology.

What You'll Do
• Diagnose and treatment plan comprehensive and full-mouth cases
• Deliver same-day restorations with CEREC and use our in-house 3D printing
• Perform laser-assisted procedures, including NightLase® therapy for snoring
• Provide laser facial esthetics as part of comprehensive face and smile care
• Take a whole-body approach to patient care, including nutritional IV therapy
• Grow your skills through Spear Education and mentorship with Dr. Justesen

What You'll Bring
Required: • DDS or DMD with an active Montana license (or eligible)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Growth-minded and committed to improving your skills, including time outside the operatory
• Excited about digital dentistry, including CEREC, 3D printing, and lasers
• Interested in comprehensive treatment planning, not just drill-and-fill
• Open to a whole-body perspective and alternative methods of care
• A strong communicator who builds trust with patients and works well with a team
Preferred: • CEREC experience
• Interest in facial esthetics and laser-based facial treatments
