From $55/hr + $3,000 sign-on bonus

Our longtime hygienist is retiring, creating an opportunity to join a well-established, highly regarded boutique dental practice in Bedford, MA.
We are a quality-focused private practice with a predominantly fee-for-service patient base, advanced technology, and patients who have been with us for years. We believe great dentistry comes from excellent clinical care and genuine relationships with people.

This is not accelerated or high-volume hygiene. Our hygienists have dedicated one-hour appointments because we want them to have the time to be thorough, educate their patients, and provide the level of care they are proud of.
Our patients stay with us for years. We’re looking for the hygienist they’ll want to stay with for years, too.
What makes our practice different

Our hygiene program incorporates Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT/Airflow), comprehensive periodontal care, digital technology, and a strong preventive philosophy. Previous GBT experience is a plus, but absolutely not required—we will provide training for the right person.

Our hygienists are an important part of the clinical team. We value their judgment, encourage continuing education, invest in modern technology, and want them to continue developing professionally.
We are not necessarily looking for the person with the longest résumé. We are looking for someone exceptional with people.
Someone who is warm, personable, clinically thoughtful, dependable, curious, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. Someone who takes pride in what they do and wants to become an important long-term part of a practice rather than simply fill a hygiene schedule.

Permanent schedule beginning December:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
An earlier start and additional days are available for someone interested in joining us sooner.

What we're looking for:
Active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene license
Current Massachusetts Local Anesthesia Permit L — required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to periodontal health
Professionalism and dependability
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the practice
GBT/Airflow experience is a plus, but not required
