About the Role
The Numbers:

$200,000 to $400,000+ annually
$800/day guaranteed minimum during your first three months
$10,000 retention bonus at two years, plus $20,000 more at five years
PPO and fee for service only. No HMO. High reimbursement rates.
60+ new patients per month, driven by established marketing

The Setup:

You are the only dentist in the office. Every new patient is yours. No associates competing for chair time, no production splits with doctors down the hall. One doctor per office is how we run all of our locations. It’s the model, not an exception.

Full clinical autonomy. You diagnose, you treatment plan, you decide. Molar endo, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign stay in house, and we support CE for anything you want to add to your scope. Company pays lab expenses with our preferred labs.

Fully digital practice with iTero scanners and modern equipment throughout.

We are family owned. Not private equity, not a roll up. For the right doctor, there is a path to ownership. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something long term, and we’re prepared to make that worth your while.

Today Dental is a family owned group of offices across DFW with doctors ranging from new grads to 30+ years in practice. We run drama free offices with well trained teams. We give back through charity cases and time at Scottish Rite Hospital, and we actually enjoy each other’s company outside the office.

DDS/DMD with active Texas license
