Registered Dental Hygienist – Exceptional Private Practice Opportunity

Bedford Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, quality-focused private practice in Bedford, Massachusetts.
Our longtime hygienist is retiring, creating an opportunity to assume an established patient base within a practice that places a strong emphasis on comprehensive care, prevention, periodontal health, and long-term patient relationships.
Our hygienists are scheduled for dedicated one-hour appointments, allowing appropriate time for thorough clinical care, patient education, and individualized treatment. Our hygiene program incorporates Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT/Airflow), digital technology, and a comprehensive approach to periodontal assessment and maintenance.
We are seeking a hygienist who is clinically thoughtful, personable, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care. We value strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, collaboration, and an interest in continued professional development. Experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply, and we are also open to highly motivated newer graduates who demonstrate strong clinical potential and interpersonal skills.

• Active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene license • Current Massachusetts Local Anesthesia Permit L • Current CPR/BLS certification • Strong periodontal assessment and clinical hygiene skills • Excellent communication and patient education skills • Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative approach to care • Commitment to comprehensive, evidence-based patient care • GBT/Airflow experience preferred but not required; training will be provided • Dentrix experience is a plus • $3,000 sign-on bonus
