Schedule/ Treatment Coordinator

We are hiring urgently for a full-time front office position in an Oral Surgery Office serving oral surgery patients. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of front desk experience and a strong background in dental office operations. A high school education is required.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out, verifying insurance, supporting case presentation, and helping keep the front office organized and efficient. You will work closely with the team to provide a professional and positive experience for every patient. Experience using Open Dental is preferred, as it will be used for daily scheduling and office tasks.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple front desk duties in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others are essential.

This position offers $19–$21 per hour, PTO, and a 1-hour lunch break. The office provides necessary PPE, including disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to support a safe work environment.
