About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused, and fluent Bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental team in Terrell, TX. This is initially a part-time position (3–4 days per week), with the exciting potential to transition into a full-time role as our practice continues to expand. In this position, you will assist our providers chairside and bridge communication for our English- and Spanish-speaking patients to ensure a comfortable, high-quality visit.
What You'll Do
• Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist during a variety of restorative, surgical, and preventative procedures.
• Bilingual Patient Communication: Translate treatment plans, post-op instructions, and health history questions smoothly in both English and Spanish.
• Radiographs & Diagnostics: Take, process, and chart diagnostic dental x-rays and intraoral scans.
• Room & Instrument Prep: Set up and break down treatment rooms; sterilize instruments following OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Patient Flow & Care: Greet patients warmly, record clinical notes, and manage lab cases or inventory as needed.
