About the Role
Conroe Dental Associated is looking to add a new, experienced dental assistant to the team! We’re a busy, two-doctor, privately owned dental practice who encourages all qualified applicants to consider joining our crew!
This is a clinical chairside role where you’ll play a key part in patient care and supporting our doctors in a wide variety of procedures. If you’ve got 1+ years of dental assisting experience, and you’re comfortable in a fast-paced setting where teamwork is everything — we’d love to meet you.
*Bonus points if you have experience in oral surgery, extractions, or IV sedation! We’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to grow.
Work Schedule: Full-time
Alternating Schedule - Monday through Thursday, alternating weeks Tuesday to Friday

You have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience
You’re confident, organized, and proactive chairside
You take pride in excellent infection control and sterilization practices
You’re a strong communicator and thrive in a team-first environment
You’re calm under pressure and always ready to help
