Patient Coordinator/Office Manager

We are seeking a dependable and professional front office team member for a full-time position in our multi-specialty dental practice. In this role, you will be an important part of a caring team that works together to provide excellent dental care for every patient.

This position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of dental front office experience and strong skills in patient interaction, scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance processing, pre-approvals, and computer use. Experience with any dental softwares desired. The right candidate will be organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with patients and team members in a professional setting.

Daily responsibilities include treatment coordination, verifying insurance information, submitting pre-approvals, scheduling appointments, doctor interaction and supporting smooth front office operations.
