Dental Assistant

About the Role
We are a patient-centered general practice committed to providing high-quality care in a professional and supportive environment. Our team values efficiency, compassion, and clinical excellence, and we are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join us. This position is Tuesday to Thursday but will include some Mondays. Flexibility is required.

Position Overview:
The Dental Assistant will play a key role in supporting our team by ensuring smooth clinical operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist the doctor during dental procedures
Scan patients using ITERO
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Take dental radiographs (NOMAD) and CBCT images
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Provide patient education and ensure comfort throughout treatment
Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols
Follow all HIPAA protocols
Support front office and team as needed

Requirements:
Dental Assisting degree or Radiology Certificate (required)
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

What You'll Do
• Provide assistance to the Dentist using 4-handed dentistry
• Manage the patient's experience by providing optimal customer service

What You'll Bring
Required: • Current CPR, Xray certification, reliability, great customer service, the ability to work within a team and individually when necessary
Preferred: • Experience with implants, NOMAD, in office bleaching.
